■ Rosa Rosa "Solo"

A rose is embedded in the shoelace.

Simply thread your shoelaces through the small loops on the underside, and the roses will be secured to the top of your shoes. Since they're not attached by a chain, you can decide where and how many to attach to your shoelaces—it's entirely up to you.

Solo performance: Not connected by a chain, the choice of independence.

This name embodies the purity of being independent and unbound by anyone's rules.

The Japanese sculptor meticulously carved the details down to the millimeter

The details are so meticulous that even the overlapping petals create beautiful shadows. The buds seem brimming with life, as if ready to bloom at any moment, and the leaves are engraved with every serration and vein. A photograph simply cannot capture it; the moment you hold it in your hands, you know it's the real thing

■ The reason why Solo was born

"I want to put them on both my feet."

Rosa Rosa originally only offered a single chain. One of our loyal customers requested to be able to attach them to both shoes. Since they are connected by a chain, they can only be attached to one shoe at a time. So we thought, why not try making one without the chain?

To be honest, it was an unexpected idea. I had always thought that the swaying of the chain was what defined Rosa Rosa. But, driven by the desire to create what people wanted, Solo was born.

The name, "Unbound by Chains," perfectly reflects the origins of this product.

■ Installation and Fitment

Any shoes with laces can go anywhere

As long as your shoelaces don't break, the rose will remain attached. You can keep walking without worrying about it coming off.

Suitable shoes

With shoelaces, these can be paired with any type of shoe, from chunky platform sneakers and high-tech styles to rugged work boots. The silver, gold, and black finishes complement any shoe color or material.

Shoelace thickness

If the tip is about 3mm, it can be threaded through. Most shoelaces with resin tips can be threaded through without any problems. However, shoelaces with metal tips may interfere and cannot be threaded through. If your shoelaces have metal tips, please contact us before purchasing.

Impact on shoes

The underside has a rounded finish all around. No damage has been observed even after one year of actual use. However, this may vary depending on the material of the shoes and the environment in which they are worn. We recommend checking an inconspicuous area before using them on your precious pair of shoes.

■ Material & Finish

The base material is all Silver 925 (sterling silver). By simply changing the finish, the same design can take on a completely different look.

Solid Silver

"Pure silver that deepens with time"

No coatings are applied whatsoever. The density and hardness of Silver 925 itself bring out the sharpest reflection of the mirror finish.

It's not deterioration, but rather a process in which the sculpture deepens.

The more you wear them, the deeper the shadows become in the valleys, and the contrast between light and shadow with the petals becomes more pronounced. This is the "aging" process that this jewelry undergoes.

Royal Gold

"A layer of golden light is added on top of the density of silver."

It features a Silver 925 base with a thick 18K gold coating.

This is fundamentally different from brass-based gold plating.

The hard, lustrous shine created by the density of the precious metal—you'll notice the difference the moment you hold it in your hand. As the gold envelops the rose's form, each petal stands out more richly.

⚠️ Precautions regarding coating

The coating may gradually thin due to friction with the shoelaces, exposing the silver color of the base metal. Please enjoy this as part of the aging process.

The coating may be damaged by strong friction or impact. Please handle with care. If damage occurs, repair and recoating are available for a fee. Please contact us for details.

■ Care & Maintenance

Storage Storage

Direct contact with other metal objects can cause damage or scratches to the coating; it is recommended to store it wrapped in a soft cloth or bag.

Store in a place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity.
If seawater or sweat gets on it, wipe it off with a dry cloth immediately.

If you will not be wearing it for an extended period, wipe it gently with a soft cloth before storing it

Finish Care Care by finish

Solid Silver — Its shine can be restored by polishing.

Uncoated 925 silver can be restored to its mirror-like shine by gently polishing it with a soft silver polishing cloth. However, polishing too hard will wear away the fine details of the design, so polish gently and quickly.

Royal Gold / Phantom Black — No polishing allowed

Using an abrasive cloth on the coated surface will cause the coating to peel off. Only wipe away dirt with a dry, soft cloth.

Be careful of contact with alcohol, solvents, bleach, and de-icing agents (salt). If contact occurs, wipe it off immediately.
Do not put into an ultrasonic cleaner (the coating will peel off).
Not washable

Re-coating is available for a fee (※Special black coatings require individual assessment).

Wearing Notes Points to note when wearing

Please attach and remove slowly.

When threading or unthreading shoelaces, do so with the laces partially untied, and avoid applying excessive force.

Compatible shoelace tips up to approximately 3mm. Resin tips can be threaded through directly. Metal tips may interfere and prevent threading. We recommend contacting us before purchasing.
Avoid repeated contact with hard materials such as bicycle pedals and escalator steps.
We recommend removing them in situations where rain or water exposure is expected.
Remove them during strenuous exercise or situations with frequent contact.

Wiping it lightly with a soft cloth after use before storing it will minimize any changes in texture.

We offer repair and re-installation services for all products for a fee, and we have a maintenance system in place to ensure you can enjoy your products for a long time.
